  • Deposit: We require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost before initiating any work.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the project and before the final delivery of files or assets.

  • Additional Costs: Any additional costs incurred during the project, such as third-party fees or expenses, will be discussed with you and must be paid in full before project completion.

3. Project Initiation and Completion

  • Termination may result in additional charges for work completed up to the termination date.

  • If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
